We use Google Ads, Google Analytics, Meta (Facebook) advertising, and similar advertising and analytics platforms to operate our campaigns. Through these platforms we may collect or process ad impression and click data, conversion-tracking data via pixels and conversion APIs, audience-segmentation data for remarketing, aggregate query data associated with ad clicks, and performance metrics for campaign optimization. The collection and use of data by these third-party platforms is governed by their own privacy policies. You may manage Google advertising preferences at adssettings.google.com and Meta advertising preferences in your Facebook ad-settings panel.
We use your information for the following purposes:
Connection With a Law Firm: to evaluate your inquiry and connect you with a participating law firm for evaluation of potential representation

When you submit your information through the Site, we share that information with one (1) participating law firm for evaluation of potential representation. We disclose this sharing transparently:
Your information is delivered to a single law firm and is not redistributed to additional firms after delivery.
We do not sell your information to data brokers or for use unrelated to legal-representation evaluation.
Under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA / CPRA) and similar state laws, the disclosure of your information to a law firm in exchange for our service fee may be classified as a "sale" or "share" depending on the specific commercial structure of the engagement. We treat this disclosure as a CCPA-covered "sale" or "share" for purposes of consumer rights, and California consumers may exercise the opt-out right described in Section 8.
We share information with service providers who assist us in operating our business, including cloud hosting, customer-relationship-management systems, email and SMS delivery, analytics, and advertising platforms. All providers are contractually required to protect your information and use it only as necessary to provide services to us.
We may disclose your information when required by law, court order, subpoena, or other legal process, or when we believe in good faith that disclosure is necessary to protect our rights, prevent fraud, or ensure the safety of any person.
In the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of substantially all assets, your information may be transferred as part of the transaction. We will provide notice of any such transfer through Site notice or email.
Essential Cookies: required for the Site to function properly; cannot be disabled.
Analytics Cookies: used to understand how visitors use our Site (Google Analytics and similar).
Advertising Cookies: used by Google Ads, Meta, and similar platforms for conversion tracking and remarketing.
Functional Cookies: used to remember your preferences and settings.
You may control cookies through your browser settings. You may opt out of Google Analytics at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout and manage Google advertising preferences at adssettings.google.com. Disabling cookies may affect Site functionality.
When you submit your information through a form on the Site, you may receive follow-up communications by SMS, MMS, telephone, prerecorded voice, or artificial voice messages from us and/or from the participating law firm to whom your information is delivered, including via automatic telephone dialing systems (autodialers). By submitting your information through a form that includes consent language, you provide express written consent under the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (47 U.S.C. § 227) to receive such communications.
Consent is not a condition of purchase of any product or service. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies based on your inquiry and any responses. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Opt-Out: Reply STOP to any SMS message at any time to cancel further SMS messages. Reply HELP for help. You may opt out of marketing telephone calls by contacting us at [email protected] and requesting addition to our internal do-not-call list. Opt-out does not prevent you from receiving communications strictly necessary to a legal-representation matter you have actively pursued.
We retain personal information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this Policy, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. Information you submit through the Site is retained consistent with our service agreements with participating law firms and applicable statute-of-limitations requirements. When data is no longer needed, we securely delete or anonymize it.
We implement reasonable technical and organizational security measures to protect information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction, including encryption in transit (TLS/SSL), access controls, and regular security review. No method of transmission over the internet is one hundred percent (100%) secure; we cannot guarantee absolute security. If you believe your information has been compromised, contact us at [email protected].
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by contacting us at [email protected]. You may opt out of marketing emails at any time by clicking "unsubscribe" in any email or contacting us directly.
If you are a California resident, you have the following rights under the CCPA and CPRA:

Right to Non-Discrimination: we will not discriminate against you for exercising any CCPA right.
To exercise any California privacy right, contact us by email at [email protected] or in writing at 7901 4th St N STE 300, St. Petersburg, FL 33702. We will respond within forty-five (45) days and may require identity verification.
In the preceding twelve (12) months we have collected the following categories of personal information: identifiers (name, email, phone, IP address); internet or network activity information (Site browsing behavior); geolocation data (approximate location from IP); and information you voluntarily submit relating to an incident, injury, or insurance context. We disclose identifiers, geolocation, and incident-context information to a participating law firm (as described in Section 3.1) for the purpose of evaluating potential representation. We have not collected biometric information, financial-account numbers, government identifiers, precise geolocation, or information about union membership, religion, sex life, or sexual orientation.
Residents of states with comprehensive privacy laws (including but not limited to Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut, Utah, Texas, and Florida) have rights similar to those described in Section 8.2. To exercise rights under your state's law, follow the contact procedure in Section 8.2.
